Add Your Business To Pete's Directory UK

Adding your business details to Pete's Directory UK is quick and simple, and should take no more than 5 minutes.

To get started, follow the simple instructions below:

1) Select the category that your business falls into from the 15 categories listed on the left hand side of the page.  Once you have decided on the best category, click on the category link to be taken to the category home page.

2) On the category home page you will see a series of sub-categories.  Decide which of these your business best fits into.  Once decided, click on the sub-category link to visit that part of the directory.  Once on the sub-categories page you will see a link at the top of the page that says 'Add your business to this category'.  Clicking on this link will take you to our submission page where you will be asked to provide your business details for inclusion in Pete's Directory UK.

3) Some sub-categories may themselves have additional sub-categories, so it may be that you have to drill down through several pages before you find the best category for your business.

4) Once you have selected the best category for your business and clicked on the 'Add your business to this category' link, you will be taken to the submission page, where you are asked to provide information about your business.  The more information you provide, the better your listing will appear to potential customers and the more business your listing will generate.

Please note that Pete's Directory does not offer paid or premium business listings.  All our business listings are ranked in order of customer ratings, so the better your customer ratings, the higher your business will appear in our directory.  All visitors to Pete's Directory have the opportunity to leave ratings and reviews for each listing, and it is these ratings and reviews that are used to determine the order of our listings.

In order to achieve a higher ranking within the directory it is therefore important that you get all your customers to visit your listing on Pete's Directory to add their own ratings and reviews.  We also offer a widget that allows your visitors to rate your business directly from your own website.  Details of how to install the widget will be provided once you have submitted your business details.

**Please note that we do ask that businesses with their own website place a link back to Pete's Directory somewhere on their website. Although this is not compulsory, as not every business has its own website on which to link back to us, we do hope that most businesses will link back to us.
